Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Fast & Free Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • FREE FedEx 2-Day Shipping on orders over $200
  • FREE FedEx Overnight Shipping on orders over $500

(Based on order total before shipping fees)

Orders placed by 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

2. International Orders & Forwarding Services

We do ship internationally; however:

  • Mail forwarding addresses are not guaranteed, and shipments using these services are at the customer's risk.
  • We no longer ship to Canada.

Import Tax Notice: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

3. Product Availability & Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted based on destination. Please refer to individual product pages for availability or contact our team with questions.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

For full order access and easier tracking, we recommend creating an account during checkout. Guests can also track their shipment using the emailed tracking link.

5. Shipping Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier-related issues

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays.

6. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at help@medspapeptides.com immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel and refund it.

7. Returns & Replacements

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will replace or resolve issues with:

  • Missing items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect items: Contact us immediately. We’ll send the correct item and a prepaid return label.
  • Damaged items: Submit photos for verification. Replacements will be issued accordingly.
  • Defective items: Send supporting evidence (e.g., photos, scale data). After review, replacements may be provided.

8. Undelivered Packages

If marked “delivered” but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact the local carrier office.
  • Allow up to 1 week for delayed appearance.

9. Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks: Trigger a temporary suspension until resolved.
  • Please contact us first—we can often resolve issues faster than your payment provider.
